Eric was born in London Ontario where he received his early education. After moving to the Callander, North Bay area in the early 1960’s, Eric entered real estate sales. He progressed on to become a broker, establishing Eric Hyatt Real Estate Limited. With the purchase of a general insurance company, the company became known as Eric Hyatt Real Estate and Insurance Company Limited until the sale of the insurance division in the year 2000. ERIC HYATT REAL ESTATE LIMITED has been a mainstay business at 128 Lansdowne Avenue, Callander for several decades.
Eric has been very involved in the community. Over the years, Eric has served as a Councillor for two terms in the Township of North Himsworth (now know as the Municipality of Callander). He served two terms as trustee on the East Parry Sounds School Board. He was warden for many years, and served as both Rector’s and People’s at St. Peter’s Anglican Church Callander. He is a member of the board of the North Bay Victorian Order of Nurses and the director/president of Nipissing Condominium Corporation #18.
Eric is married to Narumi, father of David (Michelle) and Veronica (Douglas Orme) and the grandfather of 6 talented grandchildren.

Dave was born in London, Ontario and moved to North Bay with his parents in 1958; where he received his early education from Elementary School to University. After graduation from Cambrian College with a 3 yr. Business Administration Diploma; Dave took a Northern Region job with Shell Canada as a Marketing Representative handling various business situations with many of the Northern Ontario Shell Canada service centers and retail gas centers. Dave entered the North Bay Real Estate market in 1975. Since that time, Dave has been involved with Commercial and Residential Sales as well as being involved in all types of appraisals; eventually completing many of the Appraisal Institute of Canada Courses. Dave has been a 35 Year International Award Winning Agent with both Re/Max and Royal Lepage in the North Bay and area and continues to provide Buyer’s, Seller’s and Customers with outstanding service. Since the start of his Real Estate Career, Dave has been “hands on” with Residential and Commercial Mortgages; and Mortgage Financing. Over the years Dave has won numerous National Bank Awards for placing mortgages and has been recognized locally by CMHC for his mortgage financing expertise. Sheldon was born in Sault St. Marie and moved to North Bay at a young age when his family relocated. He spent his entire education career in North Bay from Public school to Nipissing University.
Sheldon continues to upgrade his Real Estate sales; Mortgage expertise and Appraisal procedures through various courses. Prior to Sheldon’s Real Estate career; he worked and managed some of North Bay’s Retail Stores. During that time Sheldon worked and assisted on the administration of Appraisals and Mortgages with his dad Dave. Sheldon also worked for 20 years as a property manager handling the many administration duties and problems of Commercial and Residential rental properties in North Bay.
Sheldon completed his real estate course and obtained his license in 2010; and continues to sell and appraise in the North Bay and area.
